Please utilize this selection to register for counseling services by creating a secure  electronic account.  This will also allow you to manage your appointments 24 hours a day. Once you have registered, please complete the biographical information form prior to your first appointment. YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WILL BE SCHEDULED BY THE PROVIDER AFTER REVIEW.

For your convenience, new client forms are available online for you to print out and complete to bring with you to your first session.
